Welcome to NEEMO. NEEMO ("we", "us", or "our") provides an influencer intelligence platform for D2C brands and marketing agencies operating in India. Our platform enables businesses to discover creators, manage creator rosters, track campaign performance, and generate client reports.

Your privacy is at the core of how we build our product. This Privacy Policy outlines exactly what data we collect, why we collect it, how we process it, and what rights you have as a user. We believe in complete transparency — no hidden clauses or fine print designed to confuse.

Zero Third-Party Data Selling:NEEMO does not sell, rent, or trade your private workspace data, campaign analytics, or tax verification files to external advertising brokers.

2. Categories of Data Collected

We collect only information necessary to deliver our core SaaS features. The data falls into four distinct categories:

Account Registration Data

Full name, corporate email address, phone number, company name, designation, and team size.

Tax & Verification Documents

GSTIN and PAN card details collected during onboarding to confirm legitimate business entity status. Encrypted at rest.

Private Workspace Data

Creator rosters, rate cards, custom notes, campaign trackers, and client PDF reports created within your workspace.

Product Usage Telemetry

Anonymized session analytics, search query patterns, and feature utilization to optimize performance.

5. Data Retention & Purge Policy

We retain your data for as long as your workspace account remains active.

30-Day Purge SLAAccount Cancellation Guarantee

Upon account termination or explicit deletion request, all corporate records, GSTIN files, campaign logs, and creator rosters will be permanently purged from our primary databases within 30 calendar days.

6. Your Rights under Indian DPDP Act 2023

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023, Indian registered business accounts hold specific enforceable rights:

Request a complete CSV/JSON export of all stored workspace data, verification documents, and audit logs.

Update inaccurate tax credentials, company registration profiles, or team contact details instantly.

Request permanent removal of workspace databases upon subscription cancellation.

Right to Grievance Redressal

Escalate privacy queries directly to our Data Protection Officer.

8. Data Security & Encryption

Bank-Grade Encryption Protocols

All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Databases and uploaded GSTIN/PAN verification files are encrypted at rest using AES-256. Password hashes use bcrypt with salt rounds.
