Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 2026. Please review these platform terms prior to creating a brand or agency workspace on NEEMO.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering a brand account, completing agency onboarding, or accessing any part of the NEEMO platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (or the organization you represent) and NEEMO.

If you are registering on behalf of a company or agency, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind that entity to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

Notice of Binding Updates:We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an in-platform notification at least 15 days before taking effect.

2. Eligibility & Verification

NEEMO is a B2B SaaS platform built exclusively for registered brands, marketing agencies, and creator management firms operating in India.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account.

Registered Business

Your account must represent a valid business entity in India.

Tax Credentials

Valid GSTIN and PAN details are required during onboarding verification.

3. Account Security & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your workspace login credentials. All activities carried out under your account — whether by you or invited team members — will be deemed authorized by your organization.

  • Use strong, unique passwords for all team accounts.
  • Notify us immediately at security@neemo.in if you suspect unauthorized workspace access.

4. Permitted Use Cases

NEEMO is provided for your brand's internal marketing operations and agency client reporting. Permitted use includes:

Searching and validating creators for brand marketing campaigns.
Maintaining private creator rosters with rate cards, agreement notes, and tags.
Tracking campaign deliverables, impression metrics, and ROI performance.
Exporting PDF & CSV white-label performance reports for stakeholders.

5. Prohibited Actions

Strict non-compliance flags will result in immediate account suspension:

Scraping, crawling, or extracting platform data using automated bots.
Reselling or sublicensing creator intelligence to external third parties.
Attempting to reverse-engineer or access platform source code.
Uploading falsified GSTIN or business verification documents.

6. Intellectual Property & Data Ownership

All platform algorithms, design systems, codebase, UI elements, and trademarks belong exclusively to NEEMO.

Workspace Ownership Guarantee

You retain 100% ownership of all private workspace data, including your brand client rosters, custom rate cards, campaign metrics, and uploaded brand briefs.

8. Subscriptions & Billing Terms

NEEMO provides monthly and annual subscription plans. All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to 18% GST as per Indian Tax Regulations.
